This mix is all about movement;starting with deep, atmospheric grooves before gradually opening into soulful vocals, timeless house rhythms, and uplifting energy. It was inspired by the feeling of watching the sun disappear below the horizon and letting the music carry you from a relaxed state into a full dancefloor experience. For this edition of SunSET Social, I wanted to blend artists who have shaped my sound with some of today's most exciting producers. From the cosmic textures of Sascha Dive, The Timewriter, and Boo Williams to the groove of Soul Minority, Purple Disco Machine, and DJ Generous, every record was selected to tell a story. The closing stretch lifts the energy with emotional vocals and melodic house before bringing everything home with a deeper, hypnotic finish.
